Deliveries

Deliveries will be made as soon as possible to the address on your order and are "best effort" based. Subject to delays outside our control, the overall delivery period will not exceed 30 days.

Prescription Order Deliveries: Quality is our highest priority. Our frames are made of Highest Quality Acetate and Premium Metals. While our premium lenses with latest technology are made from finest lenses materials which includes but in not limited to polycarbonate, High Index MR-8, High Index MR-7, High Index 1.74 and more. To ensure the best compatibility and fitting the lenses might require additional time depending on the complexity of the lenses. The stock lenses are shipped within 5-8 business days and surfaced lenses are shipped within 7-14 business days.

Prescription Order Deliveries: There shall be additional time required to process prescription orders which requires additional customization.

Sunglasses Frames Orders: The In-Stock pair of sunglasses shipped same day or very next business day with the fasted delivery option available. For all backorder item most of the brand’s orders are received within 3-7 business days. And we ship it the same day we receive it. Sometimes few orders might take more than 7 business days. In such cases we inform our customers about the situation.

Subscriptions

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring basis.

Valid prescription shall be provided.

You hereby certify that you have a valid prescription for the contact lenses or eyeglasses that you are ordering. You represent and warrant to Funowls by placing an order that your information you enter into the Site is valid and true and matches exactly your prescription as provided by your eye care provider. You further certify that you will renew your prescription in strict accordance with your eye care providers suggested regime. You understand that we will not fulfill your order unless you have a valid prescription. You hereby consent to our contacting your eye care provider or providing a copy of your original prescription to us, if necessary, to verify your prescription information and any other necessary information.

Content

Our Service allows you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material. You are responsible for the content that is posted from your end.

Product Color and Description.

Funowls have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on our website. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate. We have attempted to be as accurate as possible.
