Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

Please return your items in unworn condition with the original packing and accompanied cases. Please submit your return inquiry through our contact us portal (https://funowls.com/contact/) with your order number, email address and a brief message. Our Customer Service Representative will reply to your inquiry with a complimentary electronic shipping label for the return within 24 hours.

No Return will be accepted if the customer enters the prescription incorrectly. We strongly recommend our customers to send us prescriptions through email (Orders@funowls.com) or WhatsApp (1-888-735-2040) after the order is submitted with your order number mentioned in the email or WhatsApp messages. We will be happy to verify all the information before production.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

We will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your credit card issuer's policies.

 

*No Refund shall be issued if the customer enters the prescription incorrectly. *Prescription Order: No Refund shall be issued for refunds request made after our technicians start working your order. Our frames are made of Highest Quality Acetate and Premium Metals. While our premium lenses with latest technology are made from finest lenses materials which includes but in not limited to polycarbonate, High Index MR-8, High Index MR-7, High Index 1.74 and more. These Frames and Lenses are made from very costly materials to provide exceptional comfort and visibility.

 

*Sunglasses Order: No refund shall be issued for refunds request made after the item has been shipped. Or no refund shall be issued for any backorder item which shall be shipped within the promised time as mentioned on shipping and return policy. Or no refund shall be made for any backorder item which has been shipped by the respected brands.

You will be notified via email when your return has been processed and when the refund has been completed.
