Shipping Processing Time:

Sunglasses Frames Order: All In-Stock orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Backorder items are processed within 3-7 business days as most of the orders from the manufacturer are received at our warehouse within 3-7 business days.

Prescription Order Deliveries: Quality is our highest priority. Our frames are made of Highest Quality Acetate and Premium Metals. While our premium lenses with latest technology are made from finest lenses materials which includes but in not limited to polycarbonate, High Index MR-8, High Index MR-7, High Index 1.74 and more. To ensure the best compatibility and fitting the lenses might require additional time depending on the complexity of the lenses. The stock lenses are shipped within 5-8 business days and surfaced lenses are shipped within 7-14 business days.

There shall be additional time required to process prescription orders which requires additional customization.

Orders are processed on both weekdays and weekends but are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays as most of the courier companies do not operate on weekends.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Orders are shipped to both Canadian and US Address.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Standard Shipping is Free for both Canada & the United States for order above CAD$70 before Tax. Express shipping is Free as well for orders above CAD$70 before Tax for the majority of the cities and towns in Canada & the United States. Please put your postal code on the checkout page to see if you qualify for free express shipping.

* Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within Canada

Shipments to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

Funowls ships to addresses within the Canadian and US Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You shall receive a Shipment Confirmation Email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be activated within 24 hours. Once the order is delivered, you shall receive a confirmation email and a text message.


Taxes in Canada are different for every province. So, the order will be taxed according to tax criteria of the province in which it is being delivered. Which means that taxes will be according to the province mentioned in the shipping address.

For the US you shall not be charged taxes during the checkout process but may have to pay duties according to the requirements of your state where the order is being shipped. As all our orders are processed and shipped from Canada.

Customs and Duties

There will be NO Customs or Duties charged to any order in Canada because we are Authorized Canadian Dealers and we operate from Canada. For US customers, there will be no taxes but customers may have to pay duties depending upon the requirement of the state where the order is being delivered.


If any of your product is damaged or lost during shipping. Please take the pictures of the packing and the product immediately and save all the packing material. Please send us the pictures and we will resolve the issue with the shipping company as the shipping company is liable for any damages. We will refund 100% of the amount paid including shipping or replace the product for free in case of any damage during the shipping.
