Sometimes we experience high volumes of orders, and as a result, shipments might get delayed by a few days. Therefore we would suggest that you allow us additional days in transit for delivery. In case of significant delays in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Since we outsource the shipping procedure to companies specialized in this domain, there is a shipping charge for your order. This is calculated and displayed at checkout. While we try our best to deliver the products as early as possible, sometimes delivery delays are inevitable.
For the shipping procedure to begin, you must have checked out your chosen products from the cart and paid the amount. Then you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
